Giuseppe graduated with a Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi
University, one of the top university in Italy for Economic and Business Administration.
Having started his professional career in 1977, by 1982 he was the CFO of a mid-size manufacturing
company in Italy.
Upon moving to the USA, he worked for a medium size CPA firm in New York City, became the CFO for
an importing company in the toy industry, and ultimate started G.C. Consultants, Inc. in 1987.
Giuseppe is licensed as a CPA in New York, Florida, and California
Sherry Govindan is a Partner in our Accounting and Client Advisory Services practice and a leader of our accounting team. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, including more than a decade in public accounting, she works with clients ranging from emerging startups to large multinational companies. Sherry leads her team in providing innovative financial solutions and delivering exceptional service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
As a leader, Sherry ensures that the accounting team operates efficiently and effectively by promoting best practices, leveraging technology, and encouraging continuous professional development. She actively engages with team members, offering mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback, empowering them to take ownership of their work and play a key role in the firm’s success.
Mina Gwargious graduated in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Alexandria
University, Egypt. Over the last decade, he has extensively sharpened his expertise in U.S. federal tax
law, becoming a distinguished specialist in this area. His profound understanding of international
reporting and compliance further cements his reputation as an expert in the field.
At the firm, Mina is renowned for his in-depth knowledge of U.S. tax legislation and regulations. His
ability to navigate the complex aspects of federal taxation, combined with his adeptness in international
tax matters, makes him an invaluable resource for clients facing complex tax scenarios. Mina's expertise
is particularly crucial for those needing guidance on international reporting requirements and
compliance with cross-border tax regulations. His commitment to staying abreast of the latest
developments in U.S. and international tax laws ensures that our clients receive strategic, up-to-date
advice tailored to their unique situations.
Have a degree in Economy & Management with relevant courses on Economy, Accounting, Marketing,
Public and Private Law and Statistics. Working 5 years in PriceWaterhouseCoopers – Italy, into the Audit
department, he developed high skills on examination and evaluation of financial and information
system, collect and analyze data, prepare and verify reports and financial statements. Starting
November 2011 he moved to GC Consultants – New York continuing working on Audit and Accounting
field focusing on International clients and markets issues in different industrial fields. After few years of
US experience he started managing the Audit Department improving the process and the organization of
the staff professionals. During the summer of 2017 he moved to Miami to manage the branch office of
GC Consultants developing the expansion of business presence in South East of US.
He is currently Principal in the firm organization, he covers different responsibilities both internal and
external, continuing the expansion of the business and improving the internal organization and the
experience of internal professionals.
Having a degree in International Marketing and a minor in International Relations from NYIT. Over 40-
year business experience includes international trade in construction steel and dealing with European
clients in different industries in the fields of management and finance.
Jesse is a Tax Director with GC Consultants and has over 25 years of tax experience. Professional and Industry Experience
Jesse specializes and has extensive experience in multi-state income/franchise tax and
sales/use taxes. He has advised clients regarding mergers and restructuring, nexus issues,
controversies (audit settlements and negotiations, representation of clients before administrative
appeals venues), and has overseen tax compliance for firms in New York City. He has
significant experience in international tax issues, both in the context of inbound and outbound
transactions.
